Exchanges and returns

You register your return HERE and use your order number without the "#" sign and the email address you entered on the order.

It costs SEK 69 to make a return. When registering your return, you can choose to receive a refund via gift card. If you choose to receive a refund on a gift card, you will not have to pay a return fee.

Yes, we offer free size exchanges worldwide

- If you return one or more items from the "buy 3 pay for 2" offer, the offer will be canceled and you will pay the regular price for the items you keep.

- If you return one of three items, you will not receive a refund.

- If you send back two items, you will be refunded for one of them.

- If you return all items, you will be refunded for the two products you have paid for.

Your return is handled within 7 working days from when we receive your return. The refund takes place in the same way you paid with and is visible after 2-4 banking days after the refund has been made.

We offer our customers 30 days open purchase.

Delivery and ordering

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes to an order. If your order has not been sent, you can contact us at hello@relode.se and we can cancel your order.

Please email us at hello@relode.se as soon as you realize this, so we can hopefully correct the information before your order is packed.

We are so sorry for the wrong packaging! You are welcome to email us at hello@relode.se and attach a photo of which products you received instead, and our customer service will help you in the best possible way.

If you do not pick up your package, your package will automatically be returned to us. We then reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and a handling fee of 100 SEK/10 Euro.

The order confirmation is usually sent out within an hour after the order is placed, but it can sometimes end up in your junk mail. If it has not appeared, you are welcome to contact us at hello@relode.se


If a product is defective when you receive it or if your product has broken after use due to production errors, please contact us at Hello@relode.se. Briefly describe your case and upload a photo of the defect and send it to our customer service. Our customer service will then get back to you shortly and help you in the best possible way.

As soon as we approve your complaint, a credit will be made on your order. It usually takes 2-4 banking days before the money appears in your account/invoice.

You are welcome to start by sending a photo of the product to hello@relode.se . It sounds like it is excess paint that has been squeezed out, which is easy to happen when the product is transported and stored for a long time. According to our product developer, this is something that disappears immediately when washing or when ironing at a low temperature.

If a technical error occurred at the time of the order, a sum may be reserved on your account in individual cases. You do not need to worry about this, the bank will release this within 2-5 working days. However, your order did not go through this time, but you are welcome to place a new order.

If your birthday is within 30 days of the date you registered your date of birth, there will unfortunately be a delay. Hold on, your long-awaited gift is on its way, but it may take up to 30 days.

Your points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them. We will send you a reminder 30 days before your points expire.
